The seating is well thought out, most in private areas whereas those without reservations are seated around the grill. The staff was very friendly. While they still took our order, I greatly enjoyed using the QRC on the menu to make my selections. The food was where they fell flat. My friend ordered a salmon sashimi, bonito sashimi, and fried garlic beef skirt steak. The salmon was okay. The bonito was FROZEN. The steak was stringy. I ordered sake steamed clams, grilled oysters, and shrimp and bread gratin. The clams were the highlight! The oysters were a bit fishy. There were THREE small shrimp on a cheese sauce with bread for ¥880. So not worth it. Over all for two people with one drinking a beer, we paid over ¥6k and weren't fully satisfied. A bit disappointed.

The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is I don't smoke so when people at the next secluded table would smoke it was too much for me.
