The breadsticks were wonderful, but the baked ziti made me feel unwell for two days and was served cold. It had a bizarre, chemical-like taste. On a positive note, the cashier who assisted me was really friendly. View all feedback.

Honestly not worth it. The employees seem nice, but I’ve had frozen pizza that has tasted better. Little Caesar’s is a way better deal and honestly tastes better. It honestly tastes like pizza from a middle school cafeteria. View all feedback.

I paid $5 for a pizza that tasted like it was from Chuck E. Cheese. I won't be coming back.
HORRIFIC service. Placed an order through the website and it got delivered missing an entire pepperoni pizza. Tried calling the location multiple times, no one would answer the phone and “voicemail box was full” we drove there, got there at 6:50 and no one was there, we had to yell. Two people came out and refused to help, even though it was before 7:00 saying ‘we’re closed’. Refused to turn on tablets to look at the order, and were very rude and argumentative. I’ve never before been treated this way by ANY service members. As an autistic person with anxiety, this was a horrific experience. The two employees there were incredibly aggressive right off the bat. They said we had to call corporate, and when we asked for the corporate number they refused to give it to us. Called another Sbarro who gave us the number and I called and left Corporate a voicemail. Don’t know if we’ll get our money back for the pizza we never got. Run, don’t walk away from this place.
