This neighborhood sandwich shop delivers a mixed but generally positive experience: standout, friendly staff provide quick, attentive service and even take phone orders when the app fails, yet customers report app-ordering glitches, limited menu/vegetable availability, and occasional hygiene concerns (employees smoking outside, inconsistent prep). The vibe is casual and takeout-friendly; when staffed well it’s efficient and satisfying, but expect occasional stock shortages and service inconsistency.

Today we stopped At 13:15, customer we’re in line waiting but all the employees.The tree of them were smoking outside bravo. A little sign on the deli Case saying we’re out on a break.
The employees were super helpful and nice. I couldnt get the app to work; It wouldn't let me select my store. I called and even though they aren't supposed to he took my order over the phone. I showed him what the app was doing and he made a note for his manager. That employee is the reason i got subway from that location again.
They only had 2 kinds of rolls and was also out of many of the vegetables. Girl waiting kept wiping the knife off on her pants and keep asking me if I wanted it toasted(3 times). She was not very good at all. The lady next on line ahead of me kept looking ate as to say, is she for real. Would leave if I have to have her again.
The salad I ordered was haphazardly thrown onto the bowl with very little chopping of ingredients. I had to to prepare it further when I got home.
