At first, I thought it might have been a simple oversight, but as someone who has worked in the food industry, it just feels like pure laziness. Definitely not ordering from this location again.

Despite customers placing orders, none of the staff informed them that legs were all they had. There was no macaroni and cheese, and the wait time for a sandwich was 20 minutes. The employee was very rude to both me and other customers. I won’t be returning, and if there’s another place to get chicken, that’s where I’ll go.

We ordered the family bucket, but the side dishes were virtually empty. The mashed potatoes were just about 4 ounces for a supposed family-sized portion, and the green beans didn’t even cover the bottom of the container. It’s really not worth the price.
