The thickness is very thick. It's only spicy, so it's not that spicy, but the hoa jiao is really numbing and the amount is good. Hochomen Thin noodles like Hakata noodles with some kind of sauce, I wonder what kind of flavor it is? I don't really understand ³ω³ It looks like they're going to arrange it by pouring fat chili oil and vinegar on it, and then adding mapo tofu, but it's only 600 yen per person, so I guess it's a delicious dish.
