Every year, I try Etsu c... read more I thought the course with the Etsu Kaiseki meal for 4,000 yen had too many dishes, so I wish I had chosen the 3,000 yen course instead. Every year, I try Etsu cuisine from different restaurants. This year, amidst the pandemic, I went to Fukuki. I felt safe dining in a private room. The room atmosphere was nice and the Etsu dishes came out in various cooking styles in stylish dishes. The staff were also friendly.

I wish there was a... read more The steamed eel on a bamboo steamer was delicious. The eel was large and the sauce had a perfect flavor that retained the essence of the eel. I wish there was a smaller size available so I could have ordered other items on the menu. Giving it a four-star rating in hopes of a smaller size option in the future.

The service was friendly, the fish was fresh, and the kaiseki meal for 3700 yen was satisfying. The salad had an Italian flair and was delicious. I will probably go again with my family.
