Friendly and welcoming staff, especially the new owners! Great service, bit of wait during busy times which is expected. One of the better Gloria Jeans stores in SA. Plenty of seating areas around the shop. Coffee is well made, smooth, blended and warm. If you like it scolding hot or extras, it’s best to ask upon order. Staff are lovely and friendly. The drinks and food are always high quality. Even when they're busy you're not waiting very long for your order.
