Friendly and welcoming staff, especially the new owners! Great service, bit of wait during busy times which is expected. One of the better Gloria Jeans stores in SA. Male staff member has great customer service! He is always so welcoming and willing to help. We love the chiller range of drinks

I can honestly say I haven’t ever had a bad experience here. The coffee is always consistent and the staff of incredibly friendly. Even when you can tell it’s been a hard day they still greet you warmly with a smile.
Staff are lovely and friendly. The drinks and food are always high quality. Even when they're busy you're not waiting very long for your order.
Love my large white chocolate mocha from this store! I go out of my way to get them
