First time visit. Ordered a large iced coffee and blueberry muffin. I take my coffee unsweetened and black, so I can be picky on coffees. This one was good, nice dark flavor and not watered down. I was a little disappointed with the size of the blubbery muffin, but the taste and flavor made up for the size. Iced coffee and blueberry muffin are a winner. View all feedback.

Bread and Roses used top be THE best bakery on the south coast of m=Maine, when they were a storefront in Ogunquit. Previously gave t;hem a 5 star review. No longer. Success apparently went to their heads. They closed the Ogunquit location and moved everything to their commercial bakery (i.e, wholesale) in Wells. Place looks like a dump from the outside, and they were already closed for the season before Columbus Day... View all feedback.
I ordered a cake from Bread Roses Bakery for my wife's birthday. I had a friendly phone call to order the cake, and it was suggested that I buy a smaller one than I had in mind, that would be better suited for two people. It was ready for my desired date, pickup was easy and the cake was so delicious! I want to visit again this summer!

In 2020, my husband and I randomly stumbled on Bread and Roses Bakery. It was recommended by Gazebo Inn as part of their elopement package and this bakery was not disappointed! The wedding cake (former Erin's wedding cake) was the best cake we had ever eaten! It was so good we ordered it again for our postnuptial party in the following summer!!! The last two years we have also ordered the 6 inch version for our anniversary!!! Thanks for our wedding party even more special, bread and roses!
Awesome bakery! The location is better in Wells than previously in Ogunquit. The bread and pastries are absolutely delicious! A MUST stop! We will return before our trip back home!!
Bought a little too many goodies from here but I thought it was worth it. With covid, only 4 people are allowed inside at a time. I got the biggest chocolate chip cookie ever. It was literally the size of my head. I also got the raspberry oat bar, pumpkin whoopie pie, chocolate whoopie pie, and lemon tea cake.
