However, I had my first disappointing encounter with them tonight. I ordered a 16-piece meal but received only an 8-piece meal instead. While this isn't meant to criticize the restaurant, I do suggest they double-check orders to ensure customers receive what they requested. I take some responsibility too, as I simply accepted the large, heavy bag I was given and left with a smile. Compared to the LaSalle KFC, which I find quite lacking, this location usually delivers a better experience. For instance, I once waited 10 minutes at the LaSalle drive-thru just for two drinks, only to discover they forgot to give us straws.

However, during a busy Friday night visit, the restaurant was experiencing issues, which resulted in the dine-in area being closed. As a result, we had to use the drive-thru.
