We had lunch today, and to be honest, I haven't been here in a few years. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service and work ethic demonstrated by the two gentlemen at the front. Never once have they ever made me show them the coupon the one time I don’t have it they want me to drive all the way home to get them?? It is no problem to have them with me if that was the case every time.. which it has not been. Horrible customer service. Especially when I go there all the time. Wienerschnitzel and Hamburger Stand (same company, different names in different states) are a favorite of mine since childhood. This location was spotless, had friendly and fast service and gave me exactly what I was needed... a couple of mustard dogs with extra mustard! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
I’ve never had a terrible experience here until today. I had wanted to change my order because I realized I payed the same price for an order I would have had a better deal on and instead of having great customer service and changing my order so I would receive what I was actually paying for Shonelle told me to figure it out for next time. I mean it’s not really that hard to give the extra food and I expressed I would pay the tax difference but instead all I got was an attitude and a smirking have a nice day and to figure it out next time. She also said she doesn’t work here to do math. Which I did the math myself which is how I figured that she could literally change it no problem. It’s not that difficult to do your job and if you don’t like the job find a new one it’s really not that difficult.

Decent cheap food. Getting low review for being told lobby is closed 2 hours before closing time with no signs or notifications of any kind, including website. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
This location has great food and the quality is always great! This location is always clean and friendly. You can really tell the people running this place care about quality. Never disappointed with them! Best location by far!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
