Pulled up to order some Frosty's and fries, and when the female staff member who took my order made me repeat it twice, spoke down to me about mispronouncing a... read more Pulled up to order some Frosty's and fries, and when the female staff member who took my order made me repeat it twice, spoke down to me about mispronouncing a menu item (new Frosty flavors). When arriving at the window I paid with a kind male employee and was given the Frosty's. We waited for the fries and after a few moments a female employee who sounded like the person who took my order opened the window and was irate in asking what we were waiting for. I told them fries and they argued with me that I didn't order any! It was literally the reason I came here. I asked for the receipt and sure enough they never put it in the bill. I offered to pay for some and the employee argued to me that I had to circle around and order at the microphone again. I asked if that was really the case I mean it was just fries. The kind male employee who I paid with tried to offer to put it through but was told off by the female employee they told me I had to circle around to get fries. We left and went to McDonald's across the street and they were pleasant and will be our new go to. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got up to the window and she's taking anot... read more Went here bout 1AM and the lady taking my order was very hard to hear she spoke quietly and was just rude in general. Got up to the window and she's taking another customers order which is fine. But never spoke a word to me. As she was taking the customers order she spoke quietly again, then proceeded to yell at the customer at the box. This behavior should not be tolerated and ruined my experience during this visit. No customer should be treated that way. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Store wasn’t supposed to close for 40 minutes and there was not notification that dine in closes earlier. Then when we got home we realised they didn’t give us all 12 burgers we ordered nor were we given a receipt. Charged 97.98. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took 32 minutes to get my baked potato and chili from the time I paid. My friend that ordered right after me still hadn't gotten his chicken combo after45 minutes so he asked for his money back and went next door to chick-fil-a where he ordered and had his food within 8 minutes. You are screwed if you dine in. The newest and slowest people do the lobby register and door dash orders. There was nodiningroom rush just super slow and untrained workers taking and pulling the orders. If you want to dine in, do yourself afavor and dont go to Wendy's. They dont want your business for dine in.

We did the drive-through and let's just say we were moving faster than the chick-fil-a line right next door if that tells yall anything! So on top ofgetting our food quickly and accurately (I'm a little needy when it comes to my burgers), We were met by the biggest smile andgreat attitude of crystal who seemed to not only take care of us but her crew as well! Thank you Wendy's for making a superrough day easy on me and my family!!!!!!
