Slow service, they are overworked. Hasbrowns not cooked all the way. Otherwise it was great.

I called in an order for lunch Sunday the 25th. I waited while the hostesses helped others. One hostess left and the other finished with customers paying then promptly picked up her phone as I was standing in front of her. When she finally acknowledged me I told her my name and without even checking she told me it was being bagged up. I waited for over ten minutes while several others were helped who came in after me for pick up orders. All the while the food I had ordered was sitting in a high chair behind the girl on her phone. The food was not good either. Chicken strips were over cooked. The cheese fries were half raw and had hardly any cheese on them. I manage a nearby establishment and I will be DAMNED before I ever treat my customers this way!!! I only give one star because zero isn 't an option! Needless to say the service here was shameful!!!

Within the limits of USA food system, this was good.

We waited two years to get back here to have the crunchy French toast. We were so excited! Well ALL our food was cold. We were so disappointed. It wasn’t busy. Service slow and we were never checked on until she gave us the check.
