Even when the mountains are filled with snow and the air is crisp and cool, you can't go wrong with Irish Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew from Starbucks. It is so delicious! Mckinna had an attitude towards me last week. Was very Impolite while I was ordering. Seem like she wanted to interact with her coworkers instead of doing my drink. She took around 5 minutes just to do my drink. This isn’t the first time I come across this problem. It’s getting very frustrating. Starbucks please do better with your employees! View all feedback.
By far the worst star bucks ever... they never have there s together... they always have attitude... order on mobile app today, the order went through, shower up to be told that they were late on making into work and that we can pick our drinks up at noon or to pick up another location... like I said by far the worst Starbucks...
Went to Starbucks North Ogden for Mothers Day. Ordered a skinny vanilla latte with a pump of chai added… they gave me hot milk with chai… no coffee… seriously! What morons.

I'll be sad when they take it off the menu as I believe it is just a seasonal drink. This location (in North Ogden) gets pretty busy, but they do a good job keeping up the pace most days. The store is clean, and as usual for the Starbucks franchise, there is a solid Wi-Fi connection. There is great seating both indoors and out. Although, the outdoor space is right next to some heavy traffic. It is in a convenient spot, with lots of other places to shop and run errands nearby. The view outside is obviously incredible, as well. Can't get enough of these Utah mountains!
You can literally be the only person inside at counter waiting for your coffee order they will still take 15 minutes and completely ignore you until drive-thru is all waited on and cars gone. If they mess up your order they are very rude about fixing the situation at the counter. Quite the opposite if I go through the Drive-thru and they mess up they are very polite and remedy the situation. Constant mistakes on orders. They are also constantly out of everything; especially cold brew ingredients.
