I ordered a pizza online on Monday and accidentally provided the wrong address. They tried to contact me several times, but I had my phone off. When I finally called back, the manager personally delivered my pizza. I was genuinely impressed by his courtesy, and he apologized multiple times, even though it was my mistake. We ordered two melts and a 5-piece breadstick combo for $30, choosing the meat lovers and pepperoni options for the melts. We ordered two melts and a 5-piece breadstick combo for $30, choosing the meat lovers and pepperoni options for the melts. Honestly, if I was going to spend that much, I should have just gone for a regular-sized pizza instead. The melts are essentially just one pizza that's been folded over; the other side is merely a crust with cheese placed on top and flipped. I expected at least two fully loaded pizzas that were properly melted, but neither of them met that expectation. Paying more for a smaller size really didn't feel worth it when I could have ordered a family-sized pizza and had leftovers. I get that it's about convenience, but at this price, both sides should be generously filled.
I placed an order through their app at 7:30 PM, expecting it to arrive by 8:15 PM. When it was 8:48 PM and I still hadn't received my order, I called the restaurant for an update. They told me that all the pizzas had been dispatched with DoorDash drivers and should be arriving soon. Now, over two hours have passed since I ordered, the restaurant is closed, and my food still hasn't arrived.
The pizza was decent, but I couldn't help but notice the lack of urgency. When I worked at Pizza Hut during high school, there was always a strong emphasis on promptness, regardless of how busy or slow things were. I ended up waiting longer after my pizza was ready than the time it took to prepare my order in the first place.
We have ordered here 2 times. The first time they brought us 3 large pizzas instead of 2 medium pizzas. And charged for the 3 larges. The second time, they didn't give is our discount from there previous screwe up. And they didn't bring our 2liter. Every time we call the store location they take forever to answer and when they do, they just hang up. My family and Ias well as friends will not be ordering from here again. And our community should stand by not supporting a business who hassuch poor standards and communication with customers. Businesses need to realize they are selling products and services. Andwe pay for such things. I don't pay for my simple pizza order to be wrong and for phones to be hung up on.
Order the bbq chicken pizza and it came with the normal sauce, looks like the online portal defaulted to it for someone. However the still remade and delivered the pizza to me! Super friendly and made everything super easy. Will always come back!!
