The place looks very nice and cute. As well as creative, I love the murals everywhere, gives a nice atmosphere! My lavender boba tea I had was grrrreat!! I’ll definitely be coming back when the place has tables in again -v View all feedback.
What kodamatrip doesn't like about Pearl Milk Tea Club:
INCREDIBLY SLOW service. A double espresso and an americano took 12 minutes, despite us being the only ones in the shop. Also, the espresso was served in a 16 oz cup and was half full of liquid, which is way too much liquid for an espresso. Maybe their teas and other drinks are better, but this place clearly has no idea about coffee. View all feedback.

Milk tea was good but tapioca pearls were over cooked and super mushy.

Awful customer service. I didn't get what I for it paid, and when I complained, they acted annoying, so I ended it pays for an extra drink.
Dakota is very nice and fun! We came in when it was fairly busy and he was friendly and quick with our order! :
