I walked in to pilot this afternoon to witness a hispanic woman and her husband be littling the manager over 30$ for fuel he had mistakenly put on a different pump and then corrected. very ignorant and unnecessary . very pleased to how the manager handledthe situation. professional and cordial

Great stop. There?s a subway, and Mexican food. Store is well stocked. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are very friendly. Coffee isn?t bad but all truck stops could upgrade their coffee. Also, they don?t sell fresh fruit.

I rated this location three stars because the service at Taco was excellent, but the service on the Pilot side was disappointing due to the unfriendly cashier, Gloria. She didn't say a single word to me while I was checking out, but when the man behind me approached, she was friendly and greeted him. It seems Pilot tolerates this kind of behavior; if she can't show the same level of respect to everyone, she shouldn't be working at the register—perhaps she should be assigned to cleaning the bathrooms instead. Aside from Gloria's rudeness, the store is clean and well-stocked, but parking is quite limited and somewhat cramped.

The staff was very thoughtful and kind. I was buying cigarettes and realized I was about a dollar short. The clerk generously covered the difference from his own pocket to help me out. Plus, I was able to park and stay overnight in my camper van in their lot without any issues. I really appreciated that!

The restaurant's hours are inaccurate. The gas pumps do not accept card payments. If you're looking for a quick refueling experience, this isn’t the right place for you. You'll need to go inside to pay, and then go back in again to get your receipt. The pumps should be equipped to read cards and print receipts, just like at other locations.
