Come on in and enjoy a meal! This classic diner has a fantastic staff and serves delicious food with generous portions. It really has that warm, welcoming feel of home, reminiscent of America’s past. Let's support this wonderful restaurant; they truly deserve our patronage and kindness. The decorative artifacts are impressive as well. Caitlin is amazing and definitely deserves a raise! Yum! Breakfast Burrito with ham, sausage, bacon. The eggs were fluffy and soft. The green Chili Landgravure is delicious with a touch of heat. Huge part. The land fried steak, sunny side eggs, toast, hashbrowns. Huge portion, bread was crispy and tasteful without masking taste of steak. Eggs were perfectly cooked. The French toast was soft inside with a lighted crunch on the outside. Side of the fruit was fresh, and plentiful The server was attentive without being a pest. The food was served hot, fresh and so delicious. We started with a cream de mente Shake was huge!! Yummy. You have to try!! This will be a return visit for more delicious food. Back. Had the onion rings... these are amazing! Crunchy still thin dough. Hand done. You have to try them! Blt with dead, French toast. Another great visit!!
For a place called no frills they sure do fancy diner fare. Service was excellent, food was delicious, building and other amenities were clean and welcoming. Thanks for warmth from the rain and a memorable meal.
First time eating here and we will definitely be back. Reasonable prices and HUGE serving sizes, you'll definitely need a take home box! I got the Breakfast Stacker with country fried steak and green chile country gravy; the country fried steak was perfectly done, but I did wish that the gravy had a little more green chile flavor. I also got a half order of stuffed French toast with blackberries, and it was delicious. Just the right amount of filling and the blackberries tasted very fresh. My husband has a wheat allergy so needs to be gluten free (but isn't as sensitive as someone who has celiac). Our server Brandon was very knowledgeable about what he could have, and there was a wide variety of options. Nothing is marked on the menu, but we felt confident in Brandon's recommendations. He said they mark it gluten free and cook it on a separate part of the grill. My husband ordered the stuffed omelet with chile Verde and a side of corn tortillas. He loved it and the eggs were perfectly done. He usually eats an entire meal, but took half of it home because there was so much.
Great food and atmosphere, you will definitely return to this restaurant. Catlin is an amazing waitress and all the staff are friendly and topnotch. I have eaten so many items from the menu you cannot choose wrong here but be aware some of the items are hearty portion sizes definitely worth the price. I addicted to the asparagus soup (ditch weed soup).
So nice. Good food {make sure you ask for what else you'd like for your fries and burger though like katchup, mayo... . Nice atmosphere, decent prices, clean, comfortable, open and rooomy. Would recommend
