If you order and want it to expect a long waiting period. Every time my door the person always panic and consistent texts me to let me know?s will be longer than they appreciated on the app. The location is always quite packed. I think the pizza is good for what Little Caesars is. I don't ever remember getting a bad batch from this place and we order weekly and honest when it was?t good it wouldn't be as packed as it... What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
When I asked if my pizzas were hot, the employee accompanied me. During my wait, I saw him take a drink at the counter and then leave through the door (presumably to take a break), leaving a line of customers waiting at the counter with no one available to assist them. In the end, I left with two cold pizzas after waiting in vain and experiencing poor service from the staff. View all feedback.

Last Thursday I came in to get a ?hot and ready? Cheese pizza. They were out and told me it was a 20-minute waiting period, which was good to get a fresh pizza. What was not good to us that I observed that several people came after me and order a cheese pizza that was immediately made available to their pizza. When the manager finally recognized me at the switch and asked the status of my order, he could not even find the order. I waited 35 minutes in the store. You have to make hot and finished pizza, as they are always busy. They also need to find out how to manage their orders if they run out. The worst is the pizza.

This place is downhill. In recent months, our pickup orders from the app were always at least 15-20 minutes late. Our pizza was also consistently undercooked and badly cut, as shown in the picture. Look, I know that many places have suffered shortages and supply chain problems, but that should still not be an excuse for questions of food quality. I am surprised that the health department has not closed this site. If you? back to overwhelmed with customers, why not consider adding a new location in the west of this store? Just to say. On another note, employees were always friendly and accommodating. That's the only thing that keeps it above a star.
I tried calling several times to rectify the situation but didn't get an answer. Once, an employee picked up the phone but then hung up. I eventually contacted the manager at 12th Street, explained the issue, and he passed my information along to GM Christine. She was incredibly friendly and attentive. She apologized for the inconvenience and generously offered a coupon for a free meal replacement, plus a couple of crazy breads on top of that. Christine's kindness and helpfulness made a big difference. While the initial experience wasn’t great, it ended on a positive note thanks to her. I think we should all remember to treat others with kindness, no matter the circumstances. Thank you, Christine!
