Just so the owners/managers know It’s Friday, hours on the door at closing at 11:00PM. it’s 10:17 and i’ve been thorough the drive thru twice, made eye contact with an employee and he simply looked down and walked away. Your employees are deciding when to ignore customers and close up shop. Unacceptable..
I'm writing this review while I wait for my order, which has now been taking 50 minutes. About 20 minutes ago, I was informed that they were still waiting for the chicken to finish cooking. I had no idea it would take this long to prepare chicken at a fast food restaurant. I definitely won't be returning. This is by far the worst service I've experienced. Stay away!
This KFC has great customer service, the food is always hot, the staff is always polite. Not sure why it has a low review on Google, but it does not reflect the level of service.
