After having amazing custom made order. I had rome to appreciate the Compadre of the team mates completing the lunch rush they had while I was in. The only thing I think they could work on is changing gloves more frequently. But besides that. Service was phenomenal. Keep up the great work! Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Being lactose n tolerance they had great affordable and easy options to help the crew not confuse my order.

The place is dated... but not dated enough to be retro or niche. The food is pretty good, but their prices are kinda silly... they are very proud of thier food... and the atmosphere is odd... employees kinda standing around trying to be cool or cute... I wish the place had a drive through, going inside is the worst part of the experience. sadly we things to do close by and taking it to go wasn't an option this time. If my wife didn't want to go there, id not darken their doorstep again... there are better burgers in town for similar prices. BUT they are consistent and that does count for something. The fir... read more The staff at Five Guys was incredibly disappointing. On the night of the 27th, all the employees were male, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The first employee informed me that the smoothie machines were down, which was fine, but he didn’t offer any alternatives or a refund for my order. The second employee forgot to include my fries. They expected me to pay $22 for just a sandwich without fries or a drink—no way! I had to ask multiple times for the rest of my order. Honestly, this was a terrible experience. I won’t be returning to what I consider the laziest staff in Ogden. Next time, I’ll go out of my way to avoid this place.

The staff is incredibly friendly, even during peak hours, and they always manage to get orders out quickly. I've never noticed them getting upset, even when customers come in late. You evening shift team is fantastic! I’ll definitely be adding a little extra to the tip jar next time I visit.
