What Bill Buerman doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
The store manager, general manager and regional manager need to be terminated. 15 minutes in line after someone took the order and there were only four total cars in line. There was a the young man ringing the orders. Then he would go make the orderd items. A plain small ice cream cone was way over priced. We like sonic ice cream better.
Staff was more concerned with friends in shop than customers. We asked for spicy chicken strips, they gave us regular chicken strips. No ketchup, no napkins.
My husband bought me a brownie, toffee sundae. And it was so good.
