We were a guest today in free style and can recommend the restaurant at the very best. We have reservations online and were placed directly at the bar with a view of the open kitchen after a short consultation. You have the choice between 2 menu variations or a small but tuned evening card. The service was very friendly and professional, especially the very respectful handling throughout the team is exemplary (you get it well with the open kitchen). The kitchen team is well trained and has deliberately decided to go new ways. This is not only noticed by the local leadership, but also on every plate. The mention in the Guide Michelin with a plate is more than justified. Thanks for the great evening!
