They got our order wrong, and all they offered us was a half-hearted apology. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with rude staff. I would have expected better service on a military base, but apparently that's not the case. View all feedback.
The service at Charleys Philly Steaks was quite slow, and I ended up having the worst Philly cheesesteak I've ever tried. Simply adding salt and pepper doesn't qualify as proper seasoning. Their menu needs some serious improvement.
They messed up our order and only gave us a half-hearted apology. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered rude staff here. I expected better service on a military base, but clearly, that’s not the case.
I just visited Charleys Philly Steaks, and the female employee snapped at us, saying, "WE ARE CLOSED!!!" Well, thanks for that—hope you have a better day.
Haven?t had a Philly this amazing in a long while! I?d definitely recommend anyone reading this to stop in and eat. Fast and fresh.
Not a bad philly at all Lot of flavor and enough meat to fill you up!
