Quite simply the ultimat... read more I've eaten in about a dozen Michelin starred restaurants but Le Colombier tops the list, for food quality, value, ambience and service. Quite simply the ultimate dining experience without any hint of pretension or snobbery. Difficult to find superlatives that do this place justice. Their chocolate and pistachio dome in particular will live long in the memory.
