(But I prefer to pay a little bit more when it is better)

We were treated like family when we participated in an Italian cooking class at the Ostetia dell'Olmo. The Chef spoke only a little English but his love of food... read more We were treated like family when we participated in an Italian cooking class at the Ostetia dell'Olmo. The Chef spoke only a little English but his love of food and cooking came through loud and clear. We made wonderful homemade pasta, with a sausage sauce and a terrific carrot cake. The staff were fun and the made this experience a highlight of our Italian vacation. We will definitely return to Italy but in the mean time we will make our new recipes at home
