Although untouched, the waitress refused to exchange it. No solution or goodwill gesture was offered. The owner came over aggressively, trying to intimidate us overall, a very disappointing experience.

When we asked to exchange it (without having touched it), the waitress refused. No solution was offered, no goodwill gesture, and they insisted we pay for it. The lack of understanding and empathy was disappointing. The owner came just to intimidate us — he was also aggressive and rude, even pointing his finger at us.
