Very nice staff and we feel almost like friends with them, as we go there once a week
We spontaneously decided to try Mum-Aroi without a reservation – a good choice thanks to the positive online reviews. The restaurant was busy, the terrace looked promising and would likely be a highlight in the summer. The interior is simple, but the front area was quite noisy; the back room was much more pleasant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The duck was excellent, the chicken less impressive, and the vegetables were good but unfortunately a bit stingy with the portions. Overall, the food was solid, though more adapted to European tastes than authentically Thai. The restaurant itself felt a bit mismatched and reminded us more of a German restaurant – we were initially unsure if we were in the right place. The prices were a bit high for the portion sizes. Free parking is available on the street, but it was almost full. Thanks and best regards from Frankfurt.

This has been our favorite Thai restaurant for many, many years now. Whether you drop in spontaneously during lunchtime, come in the evening with the family (better to make a reservation! , or order takeout – the food here is truly delicious. (Ever tried a real papaya salad? <3 Our wedding dinner also went really well; everything was discussed with us in advance and our wishes were taken into account. I also really like the way the staff treats us – we eat together after work, and as I understand it, the tips are divided among all the employees that day. I'm still thrilled, thank you from the bottom of my heart! <3
