There were around 10 people walking around behind the counter, mostly obviously for private reasons, one person even with their little daughter. I was blasted with loud music. I assume that the employee in charge used the branch for private meetings with friends. This is not possible at all and is not hygienically acceptable. It doesn't help when the staff supposedly acts like a buddy but also loses all respect for the customer. The food somehow became a minor matter. Hunger drove it down, nothing more. 2019: I've been there many times. I've noticed that often when ordering to-go or at the drive-thru counter, not all items are packed. Most of the time I was missing French fries, but even whole burgers weren't given. When I asked the staff about it directly, I was insulted, even though it turned out that day that I was right.

I have never experienced such unmotivated, listless and unfriendly staff anywhere. I waited a full 23 minutes for two burgers with fries and a drink. And of course the best thing was that the burgers were cold despite the long wait. An impudence. When I pointed this out to the employee, he angrily took both burgers off my tray and pointedly put them in the bin. I then received two new reheated burgers 2 minutes later. I don 't expect premium burgers from a Burger King but junk food. But there are certain standards that must be adhered to. The employees at this Burger King probably don 't value simple things like hygiene, friendliness and customer satisfaction. June 2018 I 've usually had more bad experiences than good ones when I 'm hungry at night. Makes an unclean impression. The staff often has an unkempt appearance. Opening hours are not adhered to, and you are usually no longer served and sent away 5-10 minutes before closing time.
