It worked perfectly; the dishes were freshly packed in the kitchen and neatly packed in my warming bag. This meant we were able to enjoy top-quality, hot food. Even the medium-rare rump steak we ordered was first-class, cooked to perfection, and larger than the advertised 200g. One minor criticism: the fried potatoes weren't as crispy as hoped, but next time, just mention it; problem solved. Despite picking up, we still got a hot Sljivovic.
