Subway - O'Fallon

I ordered a footlong All-American Club through the app, but when I got home I noticed it seemed short and wasn't cut in half. I reached out to Subway for assistance but received no response. I have never had this issue at any other Subway location outside of O'Fallon, IL. I won't be ordering from here again.

Lately, we have been frequenting Subway often as we are trying to lose some weight before our vacation. Our efforts are paying off, as we enjoy the abundance of vegetables in the subs we order.

After having a disappointing experience at Steak and Shake, I decided to give Subway a try. It was delicious! The food is always satisfying. The staff was quick to serve me and I was in and out in minutes. The store was clean and the food was tasty.

Subway is my favorite place to grab a bite while traveling, so I go to dozens of subways annually. This staff was particularly happy, helpful, and efficient. The store was clean, the veggies were fresh.

Twice now this store has let employees stay that cant follow simple instructions or complete anything in a timely manner. Sandwiches end up taking 20+ minutes to complete if you order more than 1 and Ive gotten the wrong sauce on my sandwich twice. I dont know how I could be more clear but it doesnt matter anyway. Not coming back again.
