Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Honestly I’ve always loved coming here and the food and service is still good. However, it’s very apparent that facilities management isn’t a priority. The front sign is half off. The parking lot lights are off. And the mens bathroom stall doesn’t lock. It just swings open. There’s always trash on the ground in the bathroom too. I like to bring my family here, but it just seems run down and it’s losing its magic.

Excellent burger, cooked perfectly. Fries are very good. Definitely recommend!

I have eaten at this Red Robin too many times to remember. Service is always good and food is great. This time however, July 29, 2022, at early dinner our food was sub par. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Onion ring tower was good. My chicken teriyaki burger was good, maybe slightly overcooked, but fries were room temp and just not good. I know that it is hard to find workers, but the last several times we have eaten here have been during very normal lunch or dinner hours, and while most of the restaurant has been empty, we have had to wait quite a while because they only had 1 or 2 servers working. Everyone was nice, so the 3 stars is not a reflection on the servers themselves (they have been great), but just the experience itself. This was the 2nd Red Robin we tried. They seem to be having staffing issues. Maybe pay them more? However, we had good service here and our order was correct.
