There was no syrup for the French toast, and no utensils were provided for the biscuits and gravy, which made them difficult to eat. The eggs seemed to be a smaller portion, looking more like one egg instead of two. While the rest of the meal was decent and edible, it ultimately did not meet my expectations.

While I appreciated that they taped the lid on my milkshake, it was still only half full. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my experience.

However, it’s hard to believe that they were missing about three-quarters of the ingredients in my order. For instance, it seemed they were out of mayonnaise, as there wasn't any to be found. I also suspect I received the last piece of bacon; otherwise, there should have been at least three more pieces on my sandwich. I’m not sure what happened there, and if they were aware of the shortages, they certainly didn’t inform me. Furthermore, I have a strong feeling they have completely run out of curly fries, and shakes are not available either, so don't get your hopes up for those.

I spent almost $35 on two burger meals and decided to upgrade to a large order of curly fries, plus one order of onion rings. Unfortunately, the large onion rings came in a small container, and worst of all, there were no onions in them. They were also hard and cold. I reached out to the manager to share my concerns, but it felt like there was a general lack of care regarding drive-through service these days.
