The staff was extremely friendly and even took the time to answer my child's question about working there. The food, as always, was served hot and was delicious.
Excellent service. While I was occupied with my 1.5-year-old, the manager kindly offered to help carry my food to the car. The restaurant provides tasty and reasonably priced Italian dishes, served by a fantastic team. The only downside was witnessing a nose-wiping incident in the kitchen, which gave me pause. If I encounter that again, I might think twice about dining there, but I would certainly consider hiring their staff if I ever ran my own business.
Better than I expected. At first, I was a bit hesitant to place my order because it felt like fast food, but the salad was great, and extra dressing was free. I had the three-meat lasagna, which was hot, fresh, and tasty. The breadsticks were soft and warm. I would definitely return—very good overall.
The only reason I'm not giving this a 1-star review is because the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and attentive. The managers and owners should take pride in their team, especially during a time when many restaurants are struggling to find staff. I don’t have high expectations when dining at this end of the culinary spectrum, so I know it wasn't my discerning taste keeping me from enjoying the meal. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. I ordered the Grand Sampler, one child had pizza, and the other had spaghetti with meatballs. Most of the items were barely edible, and the spaghetti and meatballs were completely inedible, including the portion in my sampler. We tried the mozzarella appetizer, which, while not a great version of fried mozzarella, was the only part of the meal that wasn’t revolting. For $40, this is an experience I will not be repeating.
