Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Absolutely terrible experience. Told 25 minute wait time, waited for 1hr 10min. Complained to the manager and was told people who check in online go directly to the top of the list. So people who are already there wait longer. And there was no apology from the manager. Horrible. Will go to the one in Fenton from now on!

I would consider my experience at this cracker barrel to have been somewhere between the ranges of average and slightly above average. I thoroughly enjoyed the golf tee game as well as the hashbrown casserole which was delightful to say the least. The sweet teas did take awhile to refill though. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but not outstanding.

We were there less than hour from closing the only ones in there, staff was great food was still fresh hot!

Kinda seems they have gone downhill in all respects. My food was cold and tasteless. It will be a long time before I ever go back…

Just TRIED to have lunch here. Waited over 10 minutes at the table before a waitress walked up dropped some napkins on the table and turned around to take another tables order. She never said a word to us. Not even hello. We won't waste our time coming here again.
