My husband attempted to eat it after microwaving... read more The roast beef sandwich was hastily assembled, with half of the meat crammed alongside the bun wrapped in foil. My husband attempted to eat it after microwaving, but it was barely lukewarm even after our 10-minute drive home. While that may not be the store's fault, the cinnamon caramel shake was also quite unappetizing. Overall, we wasted $25. Arbys and Inspire Brands really need to improve their quality.

I opted for tea instead, but they put in way too much ice and not enough tea in our cups. On top of that, our orders came with inconsistent portions of fries—one children's meal was fully loaded, while the other had only a small amount. The adult meals also varied significantly in their fry portions, with one being full, another three-quarters full, and the last one only a quarter full.
