I think they intentionally put it on a very heavy plate to reduce the chance that they discover their cheating. the waitress took the plate and said they would weigh it back in the kitchen. she came back without the plate and without saying a word. when we asked again, she said it was actually too easy and they cook more. after a past they came back with double (the part, which means that they not only cheat a little, and still does nothing. the paratha itself had hardly taste, no flavor or something. we also ordered pitas that were even more tasteless and were filled with very few ground vegetables. they can get much more for their money in other vegan restaurants in the environment. Don't stop.
