The staff mentioned that Subway had stopped providing hot toppings, which seemed like a way to justify not including them.

You can personalize your sandwich with a wide range of ingredients, and if you're looking for something a little indulgent, you can even add extra cheese or meat. They offer about five different types of bread, which is a nice variety. I've been frequenting Subway for over 30 years, and I've always walked away satisfied. Now that's consistency! Although each location is independently owned, they consistently do a wonderful job. It's definitely worth a visit!

I won't be coming back here again!! 0 STARS!!! Instead, go to Piney Orchard; they accept the coupons and even let you leave a tip. The staff there is really friendly.

Unfortunately, they wouldn’t let me use a coupon because it was only applicable for online orders. The roast beef was spoiled, and one of the meatball subs tasted off; my husband suspects they switched to cheaper meatballs. It's really disappointing because I used to enjoy this place a lot. We won't be going back. The customer service was incredibly rude, so we decided to toss out almost half of our order instead of going back to argue with them. I just didn't have the energy to deal with it. Overall, it turned into a $46 lesson learned.
