It’s great to see the same employees each time, which adds to the experience. The food is reliably good; I’ve been here at both 3 AM and 3 PM, and it’s always excellent. My favorite order is the Bacon Avocado Double Cheeseburger along with a vanilla milkshake—no whipped cream, please. Their milkshakes are simply amazing! I truly love their milkshakes with a passion; it’s probably the best vanilla milkshake I’ve had in Orlando.

The employees are doing their best, but they're definitely overworked, which affects both service and ambiance. This is not a reflection of the workers, who are genuinely trying hard to provide a good experience.

Despite the crowd, we received assistance within about 10 to 15 minutes. The staff member who took our to-go order was very patient and accommodating, even suggesting that he combine some of the items I ordered separately into a meal to save us money.

Out Server was quick, efficient and very attentive. The only critique I had was some (about half of our party) of the food was cold.Otherwise it was ok.
