After placing the order online, I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, and everything was hot and fresh. All the requested sauces and spices were included and ready to go. A manager from the restaurant called me back and said he checked all the machines and didn’t find anything wrong. I then told him I had a picture of the mold, which I sent to him, and all he said was "thanks." I strongly suggest looking for another place to eat.

I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, wh... read more I recently visited the Chick-fil-A on Clarina Ocoee W. Colonial Dr. and had an extremely disappointing experience. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, which is far beyond what I expect from a fast food establishment. To make matters worse, the lady who took my order did not do so properly and seemed to have an attitude. I was left completely ignored in my vehicle with no updates on my order, so I had to raise my voice and ask another worker to check on it. The lack of attention to customer service here was frustrating, especially when I’m used to the excellent service at Chick-fil-A locations in West Palm Beach. I really think the staff at this location could benefit from some serious customer service training to improve the experience for future customers.
