I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, wh... read more I recently visited the Chick-fil-A on Clarina Ocoee W. Colonial Dr. and had an extremely disappointing experience. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, which is far beyond what I expect from a fast food establishment. To make matters worse, the lady who took my order did not do so properly and seemed to have an attitude. I was left completely ignored in my vehicle with no updates on my order, so I had to raise my voice and ask another worker to check on it. The lack of attention to customer service here was frustrating, especially when I’m used to the excellent service at Chick-fil-A locations in West Palm Beach. I really think the staff at this location could benefit from some serious customer service training to improve the experience for future customers.

I've lived in the area for over 17 years and wa... read more While the service and feel of this place are great, the food has slowly slid in quality over the last few years. I've lived in the area for over 17 years and was here when this location became popular. I now regularly choose to visit the Winter Garden Village location over this one due to the quality of the food here. Fries are barely salted, the chicken is barely breaded, some of the staff are less than friendly, and it just feels like it's lot the special touch this location once had.
