Instead of focusing on taking orders and engaging with customers during breaks, he's actually causing a backup in the line. There are three cars behind me and only one in front—what's going on? Burger King isn't struggling because of its food or a lack of customers; it's the employees creating chaos. This is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Honestly, what a mess! It seems like no cars have pulled up behind me yet, so he must still be chatting at the speaker.

When I get there, either th... read more Every time I go to this restaurant, it's always about 30 minutes before closing, and they seem to have already shut everything down. When I get there, either their system isn’t working and they can't take orders, or it’s processing credit card payments and they only accept cash. If they don’t plan to stick to their closing time, they should take accountability for that. I can understand facing issues once in a while, but this has happened every time I stop by after work. It seems like there’s always some sort of problem with their system right when I arrive just before closing.
