This place really should... read more I visited this restaurant last week and just left after waiting 10 minutes at the drive-through because they seem to be short-staffed. This place really should be closed down, and I wouldn't be surprised if it happens soon. I can’t blame the staff, though; who would want to work at a Burger King for a comfortable life? It’s disappointing because Burger King offers great coupons, but the management is just terrible.

It too... read more The staff seemed disinterested, casually walking around in their T-shirts and chatting on their phones, even with only three customers in the drive-thru. It took 25 minutes to receive my Whopper Jr. meal. This has been a consistent issue; on another visit, they were out of patties. I don’t know who owns this franchise, but it’s clear they’re not making any profit.

Instead of focusing on taking orders and engaging with customers during breaks, he's actually causing a backup in the line. There are three cars behind me and only one in front—what's going on? Burger King isn't struggling because of its food or a lack of customers; it's the employees creating chaos. This is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Honestly, what a mess! It seems like no cars have pulled up behind me yet, so he must still be chatting at the speaker.

I ended up waiting a total of 22 minutes in the drive-thru. To make matters worse, my sandwich was made incorrectly, the chicken fries were extremely old, and the fries weren’t salted. I didn’t have the patience to wait in the line again, especially since the dining room was closed. I felt bad for the cars behind me as I drove away. Overall, it was a terrible experience!

It seemed like they didn't know how to process card payments. Overall, I found the experience quite disrespectful.
