Had I seen it beforehand, I definitely would h... read more This is the dirtiest Auntie Anne's I've ever come across. I didn't notice the mess until after I placed my order. Had I seen it beforehand, I definitely would have passed. The pretzels were overcooked and hard, so I ended up asking for a refund. I decided to give it another chance to see if they improved their cleanliness, but unfortunately, it was still the same—dirty environment and burnt pretzels. Being located in a Walmart, I should have known better.

H... read more The reason for my 1 star is a hispanic employee (manager, whatever he is) who came in yelling at the other employees, specially the nice lady at the register. He was yelling at her in Spanish and she does not even know Spanish. Then he tried to yell in English. I understood what he was saying in Spanish. He was telling her where she was supposed to clean. I understand that cleanliness is important but his behavior was unprofessional, inappropriate, unnecessary, disruptive and extremelly disrespectful to the other employees and the customers waiting in line. I was very uncomfortable and other customers waiting in line as well. I was about to tell him to stop, but after he went in the back yelling, he finally stopped. He kept telling them things but at least he was not yelling anymore. I just left the restaurant speechless. This person needs to be accountable for his disgusting behavior. He needs to control his emotions, also he needs to learn English.
