We particularly enjoyed our interaction with the GM, Mina, who clearly takes great pride in the restaurant and its offerings. The sommelier, Nick, was outstanding as well. The four-course tasting menu with wine pairing is a must-try. As a wine lover, I was pleasantly surprised by Valle's selections—especially the Merlot, which is unique and truly stands out. The Chardonnay is also excellent. I can't recommend this place enough; don’t waste your time at 333. Valle is, without a doubt, the best dining option Oceanside has to offer.

The staff made me feel welcome and extremely special for my birthday celebration. The fall menu is amazing and the food experience was phenomenal.

Welcome to first class dining Oceanside... side note that maybe the city should consider a volume limit to the concerts in the music bowl below. It was pretty loud; and if it isn't your favorite type of music it could ruin a very expensive and special meal.

I have to say the attention to detail and service was absolutely what you expect from a restaurant of this magnitude. We loved our experience from the moment we entered the door. They have mocktails which were fabulous! We ate the four course meal and added appetizers as shown in my picture. My favorite of the four course meal was my squid ink ceviche! Shout out to Chinky who prepared it this evening! Very delicious! We were surprised to find that the chef sent out little extra dishes that made it that much more of an experience. The chef also came out and spoke to us! He was very kind and experienced in his craft! We definitely recommend this for a dinner date !

Additionally, after each course, the staff not only cleared our plates but also wiped down the table to set the stage for the next meal. Lastly, the view from our table made us feel as though we were dining right on the beach, watching the sunset. We give Valle five stars in every category and will undoubtedly return soon!
