Chef Ryan came out sat with us at the end of the evening for a few minutes…….his uncle aunt were here from Santa Barbara. This is the second time they’ve been to The Plot they love it!! Thank you for your gracious hospitality! 🙏 Mama O *the turnips are delicious!!!!

There were a few times... read more We returned for our second visit on Valentine’s Day. They were pretty busy and seemed like there were a ton of servers scattered about. There were a few times where we didn’t see our server for a while but she always eventually came around and took great care of us. All of the heaters were being used so they did offer us blankets because it was a bit chilly. We’ll definitely be back for another visit to try out some of the new wine selections and menu items.

My wife had the stuffed sweet potato and I had the Biscuits and gravy, it was AMAZING!!!!!! We also had the roasted cauliflower and that was to die for!!! 🔥🔥🔥💯💯

However, I am not a usual plant base eater and I can tell you that the food was outstanding. The drinks were delicious and the staff was gracious and overall wonderful. I love that the restaurant utilize their own garden and source locally. I had the sweet potato gnocchi and it was divine. I definitely recommend and will be going again.

We chose to sit on the covered outdoor patio, which was great because the restaurant is dog-friendly! Our server was incredibly warm and attentive, carefully noting all the allergies in our group. He suggested delicious dishes and provided excellent service throughout. The food was outstanding—creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highlights included the cauliflower starter and the gnocchi main course. We also enjoyed the live music, which added to the ambiance. On top of all that, the restaurant is zero waste and plant-based, which was a big plus for us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend The Plot to everyone!

We went to celebrate a birthday with Sunday brunch. Our waiter was both knowledgeable and amusing while answering all my questions about the dishes. Choosing was tough! I tried biscuits and country gravy with sausage for the first time, while the birthday guest opted for the breakfast burrito—despite the warning that it might lead to an hour-long nap afterward. The food was divine, melting in my mouth with every bite. I savored it slowly, enjoying the creamy, savory sausage and gravy, finished with a hint of sweetness. My boyfriend gave his all to finish the burrito, which came with salsa verde to complement the corn, bean, and veggie-filled tortilla. As a delightful surprise, we ended our meal with a slice of Plot cake topped with fresh fruit and cream—I could have eaten that all day! I can’t wait to return for dinner on a weekday, come back to brunch, and bring friends along next time.

No Morningstar farms frozen patties here. They also get all the textures right. Things look right and feelright in your mouth. Its the best vegan food I’ve ever had. The vegan sushi was life changing. The truffle flavor of my rollwas amazing. The “caviar” had amazingly authentic mouth feel. Everything I ordered was of similar quality. My only advice isask for more syrup with the waffles!

What impressed me the most was the quality of the food; there are no Morningstar frozen patties to be found. They nailed all the textures—everything looks and feels just right in your mouth. This is the best vegan food I've ever had. The vegan sushi was a game changer, and the truffle flavor in my roll was incredible. The "caviar" had an amazingly authentic texture. Everything I ordered was of the same high quality. My only tip is to ask for extra syrup with the waffles!
