I’ve always enjoyed the wings here, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. When I was with friends, our bill was quite high, and before we even got up, the waiter asked us not to leave him without a tip. My friend had already paid, but we hadn't even received our last drinks yet. The waiter mentioned that if we didn’t tip him, he would end up in the negative for the day. My friend usually tips generously. Having worked as a server myself, I understand what it's like not to receive tips, but I would never ask or expect it from guests.

Urge/San Marcos is a great spot! They feature a bowling alley and a fun entertainment center for kids, along with ample outdoor seating and frequent live performances. The happy hour burgers and beers are definitely a highlight. Just be aware that parking is limited, so make sure to get your validation. The Mason beers are also worth a try!

I've been coming to this place for at least 4 years. I've never had any problems until the last few times coming. The last time I came for pickup, my order was missing. And they decided to remake it after an hour of noticing it was gone. This time, our wings are not cooked. Gross! There was no way I could have kept eating.

Kevin, but certainly great customer service. Great food that is reasonably priced and great selection of reasonably priced beer. Many many TVs to watch your favorite sports.
