This place sucks....I think this is my second time reviewing but I keep giving them chances because of the location and convenience...If you go in and stand ove... read more This place sucks....I think this is my second time reviewing but I keep giving them chances because of the location and convenience...If you go in and stand over these people to make your food it might be okay, but we always use the drive thru and they shaft us every single time....They are lazy and don't want to put the sauces that you ask for on your sandwich. Especially the kids meal....The last several times I've went I ask for honey mustard and mayo on my 4 year olds sandwich and they don't put it on there at all because I guess they think since it's a kid eating it you won't know they were too lazy to even bother....WRONG I CHECK!....I ask for mayo and oil and vinegar .....if i say mayo i get nothing....If i say extra mayo i may get the slightest 2 tiny strokes down the bun bit of mayo....So today I thought I'd say extra extra mayo to imply I WANT SOME DAMN mayo on my sandwich......Still gave me nothing and no oil or vinegar either....It pisses me off because they are just being freaking lazy........I guess if I ever go here again I will have to babysit them while they make my sandwich because clearly they are incapable or too damn lazy to bother.

There's usually that one person ahead of you, debating between the buffalo chicken or the meatball. And then there's the choice of cheese! But what about the cookies? I get that customer indecisiveness isn’t Subway’s fault, but considering how crowded it always is, you would think they might consider getting a bigger space. But that's unlikely, isn’t it?

The staff can be a... read more I often have issues with my order when using the drive-thru. They once ran out of sugar for over a week, which was frustrating for my coffee. The staff can be a bit unprofessional at times. There's one employee who is quite friendly and likes to chat, but I'm usually not in the mood for that. The food is standard Subway fare—nothing special. However, when you're on base and your only other option is the pre-made Big Tex sandwich, it's the lesser of two evils.
