Super clean place, very quiet, enjoy my delicious French Vanilla with milk and Sugar and my Bagel with sausage and cheese. Go there you will like it.
The one I went to had extremely slow service. The staff was not personable. They didn't offer any suggestions or possible add ons that I might want.
I walked in the girl was cleaning and she came to the counter with the same gloves on. I asked her can she change her gloves she gave me a dirty look and said it's clean water I'm just wiping down stuff I think as a paying customer I did not ask anything wrong. How do I know what is in her cleaning bucket? Sad customer service has gone down.Update, it's been 3 years since I was there. Sadly still the same bad service. I ordered a sausage Egg and cheese croissant. It I drove away about 3 miles took my 1st bite the meat was no it was no good. I drove back I tried to talk to them discreetly because them discreetly because they had customers they wanted to offer me a new sandwich which period I just wanted my money back. Why would I want another sandwich of the same batch of meat that was no good ?
I recently visited Dunkin' and ordered three bagels. I had to repeat the order three times to the cashier, yet not a single bagel was correct. I will not be returning. This happened at 10:55 AM today. Please review who was working the register and consider retraining or replacing them. I spent $20, stepped out into the snow, only to come home and find that my order was completely wrong.
