Smoothie Roo Cafe' - Oceanside

When I joined my 11-year-old daughter, a female employee (or owner) sat in the distance and told someone else to take care of us. He came out (can be owners and also be that when I complained, he said she? ve for 14 years) and did not say hello or cracked a smile. Both were RUDE!!! My daughter ordered an Acai Bowl and asked the man if there were nuts in the granola. She doesn't like the nuts, but it's not allergic. He didn't know if there were nuts, but never once said he was going to check. I asked if we could take a look at a sample of the granola to look for nuts and so he sends the woman with the whole box. She lets me read the ingredients. I wanted to ask her how I initially asked him to take a look at a sample and she rolled her eyes on me. My daughter even noticed that I told her something. The man said, we're just trying to pick you up.? I said, if this is the case, would you or she have shown us the actual granola that you were 100% safe if it contains nuts? I said: I understand that they put on boxes that made it in a factory with tree nuts, but that does not mean that there are actual pieces of nuts in it.? He said, Maybe this isn't the place for you? I told him. Apparently not, since I don't often get places with rude owners, managers and/or workers and I won? not back.? I told him I'll write this review. He said, "We've been here for 14 years and I didn't hear the rest of his rudeness when I came out. You should change the name to Smoothie RUDE!!!!

So it's my first time here I?m with my 20-month son as soon as I went into I felt the negative energy, the cashier was very unpleasant I was? not sure what to get, so he goes away, doesn't even try to help, but once my son grabs a bag of chips? Like my son stealing the chips. I'm not going back to this place. If I knew he wouldn't ask that question????

The smoothies and Acai bowls were very good, I highly recommend it!

I specifically said add eggplant and walk easily on the Vinaiigrette and about that it was cold and the bread was a little too old. That's the second time they screw up my order. Try to complain, but no body took the phone.

Best staff and best smoothies ever!!! The Muscle Blondie is a must! I get it every single day.
