We like to stop by Denny's on El Camino Real on occasion. We try to stay away during busy times like Saturday and Sunday mornings. We like the nachos, burgers,... read more We like to stop by Denny's on El Camino Real on occasion. We try to stay away during busy times like Saturday and Sunday mornings. We like the nachos, burgers, omelettes, and pancakes. When we can, we sit at the bar area or in the booths near the bar. The wait time is hit or miss, sometimes speedy and other times slow. The portion sizes are pretty large. Food prices are okay but not too cheap.

Do not stop for a quick bite here. Go somewhere else. It took is 10 minutes to be seated. Ordered about 5 minutes after we were seated because we were hungry. Not to mention that our kids didn't even get a kids menu, they knew exactly what to order bcsthey have the menu memorized since we love going to dennys. We understand that waitresses have a lot on their mind hence why wedidn't make a hig fuss about the kids menus. The waitress took out order of drinks food. Then it took more than 30 minutesfor our food to arrive. When it arrived it was cold. The soup of the day took the most to arrive. We ordered a kids breakfastthat comes with eggs, bacon, sausage the pancakes the pancakes never came. The waitress didn't even check up on us at all.She seemed to be giving more attention towards a bigger party. The bigger party arrived around the same time as us theyreceived all their food much faster than we did. We love Denny's but the service in this location is too slow.

I can?t even get a refund because they don?t answer the phone. I will neverorder from here again and recommend other stay away as well. Disgusting customer service. Very upset and disappointed with myservice and on being robbed of my money.
